CNC Pro owner Paul James had the privilege of participating in a 9/11 memorial organized by the Rowlett, TX Fire Department No. 2. He was tasked with engraving the message “9-11-01 — WE WILL NEVER FORGET” onto five slabs of Texas Charcoal Gray Lueder stone, sourced from a local quarry and arranged in the shape of a pentagon.
The slabs were hand-cut at a 36-degree angle to form the pentagon, and Paul worked in a shop that reached 130 degrees every day for two months to complete it. We will never forget — and thank you to all our first responders, volunteers, and service men and women.
